After surviving near-deadly case of COVID-19, former virus denier urges vaccination

Mark McEnnis was once among the millions of Americans who, due to rampant misinformation, was against the COVID-19 vaccines—until the disease almost took his life. McEnnis spent over 40 days at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in 2021 and nearly died more than once, but made a miraculous recovery. Now, he expresses his gratitude to the medical team at DHMC who saved his life—and wants to get the word out that vaccines can save the lives of others.
