HR Professionals initiate PARs within a preconfigured template, submit PARs on behalf of Members, capture required data fields for specific PAR types, evaluate submitted requests in accordance with eligibility rules, and route PARs based on the workflow. PAR Initiators, as well as workflow Reviewers and Approvers, have access to view the PAR status anytime in the process.
Members submit a PAR using Self-Service features. Commanders and HR
Professionals submit requests on behalf of Members. Members have access to view the status of requests they submitted, as well as transactions submitted on their behalf, when appropriate.
