The coronavirus is affecting everyone's daily lives and panic levels are rising as supermarkets are continuously running out of stock, which I know is a pain as no one wants to eat tuna sandwiches everyday. I hope to ease the stress levels by showing everyone some easy to make but delicious recipes that can be made with whatever you have in your pantry.

In this episode I am going to bring a little sweetness back into our lives with ginger creme brulee donuts.

Servings: 15 x 7.5cm donuts

Donut Ingredients:
215mL Milk
10g Instant Yeast
520g Plain Flour
40g Sugar
2 Eggs
50g Butter
1tspn Vanilla Essence
Pinch of salt

Pastry Cream Ingredients:
500mL Milk
25g Butter
4 Egg Yolks
30g Corn Starch
90g Sugar
1 tspn Vanilla Essence
Knob of Ginger

甜甜圈材料:
215mL 牛奶
10g 酵母
520g 麵粉
40g 糖
2個 雞蛋
50g 牛油
1茶匙 香草精

奶油/吉士/奶皇材料:
500mL 牛奶
25g 牛油
4個 雞蛋黃
30g 澱粉
90g 糖
1茶匙 香草精
1塊 薑
